Principal Miriam Bold
.
Miriam trained at The Dance Studio from the age of ten and then went on to The London College Of Dance. Here she gained The Diploma of The ISTD and her associate examinations. After leaving college she taught for Chelsea Ballet schools in London, Bodywork Dance Studios in Cambridge and many schools in the home counties. Miriam went on to pass her Associate Diploma of the ISTD and her RAD teaching certificate. Prior to becoming principal of The Dance Studio Miriam was Head of Dance at Pipers Corner school in High Wycombe where she was responsible for teaching all styles of dance to girls from age 3 to 18, including GCSE and A level Dance.
Miriam took over The Dance Studio in 2002 and lives in St Albans with her husband and three children.
Samantha Tewfik
Samantha also trained at The Dance Studio from the age of three and then went on to study at 'The College' under the direction of Penny Meekings where she achieved her CDE and FDI qualifications.She is an experienced teacher who has taught for local dance schools as well as in further education. Samantha is a young, vibrant and enthusiatic teacher who always seeks to get the best out of her students. She is adored by the little ones and the teenagers love the challenge of her street dance classes.
Samantha lives locally with her husband Matthew.

Hayley Winton
Hayley trained at the Bird College of Performing Arts in Kent. She then pursued a performing career, dancing both at home and abroad. Since then she has been teaching all styles of dance including GCSE Dance at the Collective School of Dance & Drama in Rickmansworth and various primary schools. Hayley is an inspirational teacher , full of energy and fun who motivates her students to achieve the best they can. She is an experienced choreographer who is an asset to our team.
Anna Crane
Anna has always loved dance and after having her children she decided to pursue a career in dance teaching. She is a valuable member of The Dance Studio and she specialises in teaching Ballet & Tap to the younger pupils. Anna is also an experienced performer who has danced in many local productions She is a gifted teacher who creates such delightful dances for her pupils. She is loved by all the children in her classes.

Christina Hadijsavvas
Christina trained at The College with Penny Meekings where she gained her FDI and CDE qualifications. She is a lovely teacher who is sensitive to the needs of her students and especially caring with the little ones. She is experienced in teaching all styles of dance and has taught for various local dance schools. Christina always gives her best to every student and is suited to teaching all ages. She is a much valued member of the team.

Lianne Cloot
Lianne is a versatile teacher who is experienced in teaching all age groups. She trained at The Margaret Howard Teacher Training College where she gained her FDI & CDE qualifications .Her classes for the younger children are creative and taught with a wonderful sense of fun and her work with the older students is both challenging and motivating. She is a gifted choreographer who produces such imaginative dance pieces. Lianne also teaches at various local Primary schools and for Popdance.

Samantha Brennan
Samantha trained at The College with Penny Meekings where she gained her DDI teaching qualifications. Samantha is a bubbly & enthusiastic teacher who teaches with great energy and style and always inspires her students. She is well known by the Saturday pupils at Trestle Arts Base & is experienced in teaching all different styles of dance. She also works with special needs children and is also a teacher at The North Central Herts School of Dance.
